Nurslink is recruiting a Clinical Support Professional to join its team. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a skilled nurse to provide nursing care to patients in their own homes and community settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients with complex health needs.

You will be responsible for providing expert nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed. You will also offer support and guidance to patients and their families, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

The salary for this position is estimated at £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience and location. Benefits include a comprehensive training program and opportunities for professional development.

Schedule options include flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications and skills required for this role include a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, experience in community healthcare or district nursing, and knowledge of health and safety regulations and infection control practices.
