About the Role: As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical advice to our clients, promoting a wide range of products and solutions for mixed farming clients. You will work closely with our team of leading Agronomists to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide technical advice on crop management, soil health, and other agronomic practices.
- Work closely with our sales team to promote products and solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Strong practical background in agronomy, with a focus on mixed farming.
- Relevant degree in a related field, such as agriculture, horticulture, or a related science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving license.
