Agronomist Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agronomist to join our Scottish team as part of our succession planning process. The successful candidate will have a strong practical background in mixed farming and an understanding of the agronomy sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional tailored technical advice to clients, promoting a wide range of products and solutions for mixed farming clients.
- Record and interpret data to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Manage workload effectively in a remote role, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
A robust remuneration package, including basic salary, bonus/commission, company car/allowance, and comprehensive benefits programme. Inexperienced Agronomists will be provided with a long-term, clear career development programme, including relevant training and qualifications over a 2-3 year period.
