We are seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our client's loyal team at senior management level. As the Head of Agronomy, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business unit and the company as a whole.

The successful candidate will have a strong level of experience in agronomy, with equal technical and commercial acumen. A significant portion of our client's revenue comes from grassland services, so experience in this area would be highly advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Heading up the commercial operations and management of the agronomy team
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team
  • Developing and implementing agronomy strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience in agronomy, with a focus on grassland services
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BASIS and FACTS certifications
