Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the onboarding and adoption of HubSpot CRM for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building foundational CRM knowledge, configuring data, and contributing to reports that track CRM impact.

The successful candidate will work alongside Solutions Architects, learning to recommend CRM functionalities that support client engagement and growth. Your role will involve:
  • Building foundational CRM knowledge, starting with HubSpot configurations and integrations.
  • Configuring data, performing basic analysis, and understanding data security and quality.
  • Contributing to reports that track CRM impact and alignment with client objectives.
  • Assisting in solution design sessions, focusing on customising HubSpot implementations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.
  • Completed a Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Curiosity in CRM tools and solutions, with a problem-solving mindset.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
