This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Chancellors as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our Fleet Branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and match client requirements with our property portfolio, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, professional telephone manner, effectively communicating property details and information.
  • Manage time effectively, maximizing appointment and activity levels to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and improve performance, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Target-driven and tenacious, with a strong desire to excel in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
  • High standards of service and presentation, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A valid full driving licence and a car for business use, with insurance for business purposes.
  • The legal right to work in the UK, with the ability to comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
