Main Responsibilities
  • Build and develop the estate agency profile in a designated core area
  • Develop business contacts with local constituencies to drive referrals and growth
  • Utilize a super hub office to convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions
  • Oversee the customer journey from valuation to completion of sale
  • Work closely with sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements
  • 4+ years of estate agency experience
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
