Estate Agency Business Owner

Main Purpose of the Role:
The Spicerhaart group is the UK's leading independent estate agency business. We are investing in the future of estate agency and partnerships with high flying individuals.
You will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area. This includes making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies to further referrals and the estate agency network.
You will utilize a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities, converting these properties to instructions. The instructions will then be overseen by you to completion, utilizing the nearby hub office where there will be sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff to deal with the day-to-day running of the customer journey once the property is on the market.
This is an exciting and totally unique role within the property sector. We are looking for people who have had at least 4 years of estate agency experience and above who want the opportunity and responsibility to run their own area in an employed environment, with the flexibility of working from home as well as in an office environment.
