About the Role

Get Staffed Online Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Retail Sales and Repairs Executive to join our client's small dedicated in-store team. This is a full-time permanent position that will see you joining a well-established and growing mobile phone solutions company.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading mobile phone retailer with a network of over fifty stores across the UK. They have a busy call centre and two successful retail trading websites, offering a wide range of mobile phone deals, broadband, and Sky TV services to their customers.

Main Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales and Repairs Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating gross profit for the store through multi-channel proactive sales activity, including outbound calling to existing customers.
  • Diagnosing and fixing faults on phones and tablets, replacing parts, testing, and reassembling devices as needed.
  • Providing first-class customer service, advising customers on the best products and services to meet their needs.
  • Ensuring compliance standards are always met.
  • Participating in training and staying up-to-date with all products, services, and promotions.
  • Engaging with customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining the appearance of the store and ensuring existing and prospective customers feel welcome.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for technology and the latest mobile handsets.
  • A great history of providing excellent customer service to a variety of customers.
  • Confidence and ability to build rapport quickly, understanding customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of working alone as well as part of a team, achieving targets and key performance indicators.
