Main Responsibilities

  • Generate gross profit for the store through multi-channel proactive sales activity, including outbound calling to existing customers.
  • Diagnose and fix faults on phones and tablets, replacing parts, testing, and reassembling phones as necessary.
  • Contribute to the store's success by providing first-class sales and customer advice, ensuring compliance standards are always met.
  • Participate in training and stay up-to-date with all products, services, and promotions.
  • Engage with customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure existing and prospective customers feel welcome.

Requirements

  • Passionate about technology and the latest mobile handsets.
  • Excellent customer service history with a variety of customers.
  • Confident and able to build rapport quickly, understanding customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working alone and as part of a team, achieving targets and key performance indicators.

  • Basic Salary: Depending on experience, our client's basic salaries start at the national minimum wage.
