About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Retail Sales and Repairs Executive to join our small dedicated in-store team in Ripley. This is a full-time permanent position that will see you joining a well-established and growing mobile phone solutions company.
About Our Client
Our client has a network of over fifty stores UK-wide and a busy call centre in Bracknell. They have a successful retail trading website and have been an established phone retailer on the High Street since the 1990s. They have a customer base of nearly half a million and contracts with major network operators such as Three and Vodafone.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate gross profit for the store through multi-channel proactive sales activity, including outbound calling to existing customers.
- Diagnose and fix faults on phones and tablets, replacing parts, testing, and reassembling as necessary.
- Contribute to the store's success by providing first-class sales and customer advice.
- Ensure compliance standards are always met.
- Participate in training and stay up-to-date with all products, services, and promotions.
- Engage with customers in genuine conversations to understand their needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure existing and prospective customers feel welcome.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a great history of providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, able to build rapport quickly, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment or within the telecommunications industry is desirable.
Benefits
Our client offers a basic salary starting at the national minimum wage, with opportunities to earn commission based on target achievement and additional sales incentives. They also offer 28 days' holiday per annum, including normal bank holidays, and a pension scheme.
