We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Developer Estimator to join our team at Recruit Build in the Wakefield region.

The role involves working on residential projects, assisting in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets, and maintaining cost databases.

  • Collaborate with senior estimators to prepare bid proposals and other documentation.
  • Review project specifications and understand project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of costs and expenses.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in a construction-related field or currently studying towards one.
  2. Prior experience in New Build housing is preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
