Your RoleYou will be responsible for managing a full 360-degree recruitment role on a temporary or permanent desk. Your duties will include Business Development, Account Management, and delivering quality candidates to clients with a quick turnaround. We offer new Consultants warm clients that need developing, along with a generous commission structure.
Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for your own desk, managing both Business Development and Account Management duties for current and prospective clients.
- Deliver temporary trade and labour staff to fill client vacancies with speed and efficiency.
- Utilize Database, Job boards, Microsoft, Job Boards, LinkedIn, online media, social media, and general website research to find suitable candidates.
- Communicate effectively with your dedicated resource team internally.
- Drive sales and margin in a competitive but achievable target-driven environment.
You will need to possess a professional approach and be capable of working in a team environment. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment as a Consultant or Senior Resource is required. Experience from either the Construction, Industrial, or distribution sectors is preferred.
