We are seeking an ambitious and committed Advanced Clinical / Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / (ACP) who can independently prescribe to join our multidisciplinary team in our Out Of Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) in Devon.
As part of our team, you will be working autonomously within your sphere of competency, assessing patients, planning their care, administering treatment and discharging or referring them to other healthcare professionals via primary care centres and home visits.
You will also be using our electronic prescribing system and working closely with GPs, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses.
Our Out Of Hours (OOH) service is delivered by Practice Plus Group, the largest independent provider of NHS services, and we are delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff.
By bringing together NHS 111, CAS and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it.

We are based in various Out Of Hours (OOH) services across Devon, including Plymouth, Exeter, Barnstaple, Tiverton, Honiton, Totnes, Okehampton, Newton Abbot.
