Our client, a prominent player in the heat exchanger market, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Filtration & Energy Solutions department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address quality-related issues, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented and monitored.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including Final Inspection Reports, NDT reports, and welding traceability checks.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in quality assurance and control.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, welding processes, and non-destructive testing.
