Job Title: Sales Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and drive business growth in the foodservice sector.

About the Role:

This position involves working closely with our clients to identify and develop new business opportunities, as well as increasing sales within existing accounts.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyse customer menus, profiles, and needs to maximise selling opportunities.
  • Presentation delivery to clients, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Geographical knowledge of Poole, Bournemouth, and surrounding areas.
  • Target-driven with ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service, networking, and communication skills.

What We Offer:

The salary for this position ranges from £32,000 to £42,000 per annum, based on experience. Benefits include 20 days' holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with length of service, plus access to an Employee Health Assured Programme (EAP), staff discounts, free onsite parking, and more.
