Sales Development Executive

The Role of a Field Sales Executive at Dawsongroup Vans offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company.
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional who is self-motivated and looking to make a direct impact on the success of our business.
This position involves building strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, including some of the most recognised brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Manage accounts to achieve growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers who do not yet use Dawsongroup vans.
- Maintain a high level of van utilisation.
- Identify and develop potential markets within the area.
- Achieve sales revenue targets as set.
Requirements:
- An outgoing personality and drive, thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot sales opportunities.
- High organisation skills and adaptability to change.
- Ability to think on your feet, ask and answer questions with ease.
- A "never stop learning" mentality, applying knowledge daily.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, with the ability to manage your own time.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to develop and maintain value-added customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Promote the Dawsongroup brand, ensuring clients are aware of all Dawsongroup businesses.
