Job Description

We are seeking an Integrated Care Board Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the London ICB team, ensuring the smooth operation of the NHS Pathways Directory of Services (DoS) and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the ICB team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the DoS database and intelligent clinical search tool.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including NHS 111 Integrated Urgent Care and other user groups.

Requirements

  • A-levels or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business or administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
