Job Overview

This is a full-time, permanent role with an anticipated start date in February 2025, focusing on recruiting individuals living close to Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Letchworth, Stevenage, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham, Chesham, Watford, Potters Bar, and Cheshunt.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining vehicles on the roadside while adhering to a set schedule that consists of 40 hours over four days, spread across seven days a week. Your daily hours will fall within the range of 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Upon successful completion of your probation period, you will be eligible for a 5% bonus and overtime compensation.

  • Your basic salary will be £37,000 per year, alongside a 9% employer-sponsored pension plan, and any additional income generated through overtime.

Work Requirements

  • A valid driver's license with category B certification is mandatory
  • A formal qualification in light vehicle repair and maintenance at NVQ level 2 or above
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, paired with a strong ability to provide accurate resolutions
  • Frequent collaboration with the dispatch team to optimize customer service delivery
