About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Reed, a leading estate agency covering the UK. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with guidance and expertise to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals to showcase properties and services
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in estate agency sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
