Shire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Child Psychologist to join our team at a Children's Hospice in Leicestershire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and psychological needs of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of children and young people to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to design and implement new wellbeing initiatives that enhance the quality of our clinical services.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to support children and their families in coping with complex needs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our services and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- HCPC registration as a Psychologist.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
- Desirable: previous experience in palliative care.
