We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessment, formulation, and intervention for children and adolescents with mental health needs.
- Contribute to the development of service and therapeutic initiatives to advance equity of access, experience, and outcome for all children and young people in need of our services.
- Support the multidisciplinary team by offering consultation, supervision, in-house training, and contributing to reflective practice and case discussions.
- Undertake care coordination responsibilities and offer clinical supervision to junior staff.
- Host training placements for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) programme and contribute to teaching on the DClinPsy programme.
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience of working with children and adolescents with mental health needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
