The Role

We seek an experienced consultant to join our Safety Professional Services team and support implementations of Vault Safety.

This key role requires expertise in drug safety and pharmacovigilance, with a proven track record in implementing SaaS solutions.

You will work closely with customers and senior consultants to deliver Vault Safety solutions, defining business processes and guiding customers through implementation programs.

This position offers opportunities across the UK, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support life sciences customers in configuring and implementing Vault Safety.
  • Execute project management and functional analyst roles throughout all implementation phases.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to contribute to Safety practice development.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or adjacent Safety industries.
  • Proven experience in implementing, supporting, or administering GxP software solutions.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies for SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and with high satisfaction.
  • Strong passion for technology and hands-on experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in a second language: Italian, Spanish, French, or German.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel upon business requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Estimated Salary Range: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum
