As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to the academy's detention system, lead supervision of students in an internal isolation area, and work closely with the Assistant Vice Principal for Behaviour and Inclusion to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and inclusion.

Our salary for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per year, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and opportunities for professional growth. We are a Disability Confident Employer and offer a guaranteed interview scheme for candidates with disabilities who meet the minimum selection criteria.
