About the Role

This Office Operations Manager position is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the sales office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with experience in managing databases, handling confidential information, and overseeing daily office operations. You will also have excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales office, ensuring duties are carried out efficiently and in accordance with Company standards and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, including filing documents, managing databases, and handling confidential information.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, including inbound/outbound telephone calls, drafting emails, memos, and reports.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
  • Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to demonstrate personal characteristics to work with confidential information.
Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Other benefits include:

  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays. After 2 years continuous service, holiday entitlement will increase by one day after each completed years' service up to 25 days holiday.
