About the Role

iPeople Solutions is recruiting a Family Support Coordinator to join our team based on the Isle of Wight.

Main Tasks
  • Coordinate the delivery of family-focused interventions, including needs assessments, care planning, and review processes.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to staff members, ensuring adherence to team and service policies, procedures, guidelines, and legislation.
  • Conduct safeguarding investigations, identify and assess risk levels and needs, and provide protective or supportive services for individuals at risk.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive outcomes for children and families, collaborating with other agencies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The estimated salary for this role is £40 per hour + weekly travel and accommodation allowance. We also offer a beneficial team environment and supportive management, flexible working arrangements, and an ongoing long-term contract opportunity.
