About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Assistant / PA to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, including diary management, coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time-zones, managing high volumes of phone calls and emails, and coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and video calls.

You will also be responsible for arranging travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights, and accommodation bookings, as well as managing expenses and taking on ad-hoc tasks while maintaining workflow.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have approximately 6 months of experience working in an office-based environment, preferably as a PA or in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to engage with people at all levels.
