Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team at Nasstar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify potential customers, utilizing various prospecting techniques to generate leads and expand our customer base.
- Nurturing Campaigns: Nurture prospects without immediate needs through regular contact and sharing relevant information to maintain a strong relationship.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with our sales team to support the generation of sales and increase pipeline through campaigns and focused engagements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies, promotional efforts, and product messaging.
Requirements:
- Technology Background: A passion for technology and the latest trends, or a relevant background in a related field.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales role, with a strong track record of success.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Results-Driven: A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
