The role of a Precision Calibration Specialist is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of equipment. In this position, you will be responsible for calibrating and inspecting metering systems and associated equipment to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our specialist client within the Engineering and Manufacturing industry based near Leeds. As a Precision Calibration Specialist, you will work closely with other technicians to maintain accurate records of calibration activities and provide training on setup and calibration techniques and procedures.
In addition, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment calibration and performance, adhering to quality standards and regulations. Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will enable you to manage logistic KPIs effectively, ensuring new vehicle reliability and reducing non-repeatable visits.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess engineering calibration principles and background, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheet is also essential.
