Key Responsibilities
  • Calibrate and inspect all metering equipment to ensure it meets specification and performance requirements.
  • Create and maintain procedures to ensure equipment meets technical standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment calibration and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of calibration activities for customer audit purposes.
  • Provide training to other technicians on setup and calibration techniques and procedures.
  • Ensure all calibration activities adhere to quality standards and regulations.
  • Manage logistic KPIs regarding new vehicle reliability and non-repeatable visits with stated guidelines.

This position requires an individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills related to equipment and instrumentation, precision in making adjustments and ensuring equipment meets specified measurements, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheet.

About This Role

A Calibration Engineer is required to join our client within the Engineering and Manufacturing industry based near Leeds. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering calibration principles, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
