Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager specialising in Lightning Protection Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development activities and identifying new opportunities.

The Role:

  1. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and target market requirements.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to identify and engage potential clients.
  3. You will utilise your knowledge of industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.
  4. Negotiate offers and contract terms with clients.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Becoming familiar with the company's product portfolio and services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Benefits: Salary Circa £50,000, plus OTE £70,000, plus benefits.
