Job Title: Autism Support Assistant

Location: Surrey

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with students and teachers to provide support and guidance in a SEN school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with Autism
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with children with Autism or SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
