About the Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a talented QHSE Engineer to join our team at Austin Fraser. We are looking for an individual with excellent technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to support us in maintaining high levels of quality and health & safety.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop the Quality Management System and Policy
  • Implement and maintain quality standards, procedures, and specifications
  • Conduct regular audits, reviews, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety, legal, and international standards
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, and implement effective solutions
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Quality Engineer / QHSE / SHEQ / QUESH role within the manufacturing sector
  2. Knowledge and experience of working with ISO9001 standard
  3. Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
