Job Title: Operations Quality Manager

Role Overview: As our Operations Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ISO9001 QMS, identifying and resolving quality issues, and ensuring that all guidelines are adhered to and targets met.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's ISO9001 QMS
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve any quality issues
  • Audit, analyse, design, maintain, and manage quality processes, standards, procedures, and specifications

Requirements:

  • Solid experience of ISO9001 QMS
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High standard of IT and reporting knowledge
  • Work knowledge of both UK and European quality standards

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits. This role is based in Shropshire and is UK-based only.
