Weekend Receptionist Position

We're excited to welcome a talented and motivated individual to our team as a Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment, while enjoying a 3-day a week schedule. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable. Your responsibilities will include greeting and checking-in guests, managing front desk operations, handling phone calls and emails, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Your Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, payments, and room allocations
• Respond to phone calls and emails, resolving guest queries efficiently
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and supply management
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, enhanced by our comprehensive benefits package. You can expect to earn approximately £11.69 per hour, plus additional rewards for meeting performance targets.
