A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales and Project Management professional to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a key member of our sales and service office, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and sales growth.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans, tactics, and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in internal sales, project management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
