B2B Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the food, environmental, and agricultural markets across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with our marketing team to identify key players and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification.
- Make outbound cold calls and emails to data-driven leads and support the sales team with customer mapping activities.
- Route qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects and update the CRM accordingly.
- Interact with customers after sales to ensure lead times and provide after-sales services as required.
- Proven success in a telesales environment with experience making dozens of dials per day.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A strong understanding of the food industry and sales environment.
- A competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000.
- A bonus/commission scheme.

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
