We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at GBR Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client's sales revenue streams and increasing their market presence across the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, and East Midlands territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell and promote different makes and models of Security, Fire, and Access Control systems with varying capabilities, suitable for all types of needs.
- Build strong customer relationships for the short and long-term benefit of the business and profile raising of the company and its services.
- Liaise with business owners, management, directors, and residential customers (B2B and B2C sales).
- Expand the customer base for the company's products and services by identifying new customers and business opportunities within the defined territories.
- Attend Fire and Security industry exhibitions and networking events.
- Continually update your knowledge with regards to industry products, technology, and current trends.
- Cross-reference sales of other company products to customers as appropriate.
- Update records and the CRM system with accurate information.
- Participate in and positively contribute to all sales and team meetings.
- Experience in a Sales/BDM role, ideally within Security, Fire, and Access Control Services/Solutions or other Solutions Selling roles.
- Some Sales knowledge/exposure in an Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, or Security-related organization would be beneficial.
- Ability to advise businesses on Security and Fire protection systems or willingness to learn.
- Full UK Driving license (Pool car provided).
- Fully expensed Company Car (Pool Car, no personal tax to pay) and Tools, plus Fuel Card, plus personal use of Van.
- Paid from door to door (home to client's site/place of work).
- Overtime paid at x1.5 rate after 39 hours.
- 32 days holiday.
- 10% commission to be achieved on all NET margins.
- Home/Field based (Hybrid).
