As a key member of our sales and service office, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience in internal sales and project management, preferably in a technical or engineering industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
