Burscough Manor: A Beautiful Home with Growth Potential

Our Burscough Manor Care Home is a luxurious 80-bedded facility, purpose-built just two years ago. We offer specialized care including complex care, dementia care, palliative care, and general residential and nursing care. As we are currently at a low occupancy level, this presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of Burscough Manor and make a real difference.

Your Role as a Care Assistant

  • Provide compassionate personal care and support to our residents, assisting with daily activities such as hygiene, eating, and dressing.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering a sense of well-being and connection.
  • Help residents engage in meaningful activities that align with their interests and abilities, promoting an enriched and fulfilling lifestyle.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order within the care home environment.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the needs of our residents are met consistently.
