Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Care Assistant to join our team at Burscough Manor Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, hygiene, and daily activities
- Support residents with their hobbies and interests, promoting an enriched and fulfilled life
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met and exceeded
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
