Theatre Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in state-of-the-art facilities, providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care as part of the multidisciplinary team. They will also contribute to the organization and structure of the NHS, adhering to regulatory body codes of practice.
A shift leader or team manager role may be available to the successful candidate, who must demonstrate effective leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously in isolated areas of practice.
Theatre practitioners will have the opportunity to work in various specialities, including Orthopaedics, Urology, Ophthalmology, General, Breast surgery, Max-Fax, Gynae, and ENT.
