About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatician to lead and manage projects within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team at SRG. The successful candidate will drive the team towards achieving strategic goals in collaboration with informatics leadership, innovate and expand the bioinformatics platform, and influence the team's direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement bioinformatics strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate bioinformatics solutions into drug discovery programs.

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record in project initiation, development, and delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
