At Ben Prescott Design, we are seeking a talented Art Designer to join our team in London. As a growing studio, we offer the opportunity to step up and take full ownership of projects, with paid regular gallery visits as part of our studio practice.

About Us

We are a young, collaborative design studio founded by Ben Prescott in 2019. Our clients include Marfa Stance, V&A, Vinyl Factory, Heatherwick Studio, Hauser & Wirth, Thames and Hudson, Alex Eagle, and Brinkworth Design. We work on identity, exhibition, packaging, and book design projects across print and digital media.

The Role
  • Design application across various mediums, including print and digital formats
  • Develop concepts, ideas, and final outcomes for client projects

You will be responsible for researching and developing design ideas, creating designs across different types of projects, and seeing projects through to final production. If you have a passion for learning and growth, enjoy working collaboratively, and have a flexible approach to problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or equivalent in graphic design or visual communication
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Glyphs/FontLab, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Website design and HTML/CSS skills
  • Motion design and animation experience, such as proficiency in After Effects
