The estimated salary for this role is up to £47,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Studio Manager to oversee the entire creative production output for our Creative Services studio based onsite at a global banking client.

You will be responsible for developing and upskilling the Designers and Videographers within the team, growing their capability and inspiring them to deliver exceptional results.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the Creative Services team to work together seamlessly to provide a top-notch service to our clients.

You will ensure delivery of high-quality creative production material that meets and exceeds client expectations.

You will also build strong client relationships, winning new projects and campaigns to help grow the WL Creative Services Studio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, articulate, personable, and confident
  • Experience leading a team of designers and taking a collaborative approach to handling issues and supporting clients
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of design and production across printed and digital disciplines
  • Highly organized, managing your workload and multiple projects effectively
  • Calm and mature personality with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
