Role Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced Composite Trimmer to join our team at the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team.


The successful candidate will have a strong background in composite manufacture and assembly, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Trimming, assembling and bonding of composite components and assemblies to an excellent standard and to a set production schedule.
  • Proficient use of hand and air tools to achieve objectives.
  • Perform visual and structural repairs to composite components.
  • Performing TPM on tools and equipment within the Composite Trim department.
  • Successfully meeting challenging and demanding deadlines.
  • The ability to multitask whilst remaining organised and focused.
  • Maintaining consistent high standards.
  • Being proactively aware of Health and Safety requirements and ensuring they are met.
  • Dealing with technical challenges as and when they arise and know when to seek assistance if unsure.
