About Us
The Future Prospects Group Ltd is working in partnership with the Children's Bereavement Centre, a well-established local charity dedicated to helping children and young people cope with the grieving process. Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we are seeking a like-minded individual to join us in our mission.

Your Role
As a Fundraising and Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of fundraising and marketing plans to enhance the charity's visibility and supporter base. You will oversee communications, branding, and digital media efforts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Your responsibilities will include building corporate partnerships, managing donor relations, and overseeing community engagement initiatives. You will also manage and support fundraising, events, and marketing staff to ensure they are aligned with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising and Marketing Manager to join our team. You should have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing fundraising and marketing strategies, as well as experience in team leadership and management. A salary of £33,500 per annum is on offer, reflecting the importance of this role in driving sustainable income growth for the charity.
