Job Description

Syntech Recruitment Ltd is currently working with a leading international manufacturer within the aerospace and automotive industries who are seeking an HR Assistant to join their team in a state-of-the-art facility.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a HR role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
