Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housing Services Administrator to provide effective administrative support to our Homes directorate.
About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Homes directorate, including dealing with customer enquiries and working alongside other areas of Stonewater to maintain the condition of our stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Homes directorate, including dealing with customer enquiries and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work alongside other areas of Stonewater to maintain the condition of our stock, including supporting responsive repairs, planned and cyclical works.
- Be computer literate with the ability to work with figures and spreadsheets, and have a flexible approach and good customer service skills.
- Manage and prioritise work and projects in a timely and organised manner.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in an administrative/office environment, be computer literate with the ability to work with figures and spreadsheets, and have a flexible approach and good customer service skills.
