About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Child Protection Conference Chair to join our team at Remedy Social Care. As a key member of our Child Protection team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding children at risk of significant harm in Lambeth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chairing Child Protection Conferences to build a child protection plan that is purposeful and safeguards the children
* Working closely with Social Workers, families, and other agencies to develop a child-focused plan
* Utilizing your skills in multi-agency working, dispute resolution, and escalation processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years direct experience of chairing Child Protection Conferences
* Previous management experience working within Child Safeguarding services
* Strong understanding of Child Protection policies and procedures
